By submitting your haiku ("My Haiku") pursuant to this promotion, you (hereinafter "I" or "Me" or "My") acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. I grant the Anime Network, A.D. Vision, Inc., and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their licensees, directors, officers, employees and agents of each ("Released Parties") in perpetuity the unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free rights (and without charge or consideration) to exhibit, copy, distribute, adapt, edit and otherwise use My Haiku in any manner determined in their sole discretion and I expressly waive My rights to review or approve any such usage of My Haiku or demand any credit for My Haiku. I grant the Released Parties the right to use my name, city and state of residence in connection with their use of My Haiku.
2. I represent and warrant that (a) My Haiku is wholly original to Me or I otherwise own and/or control all worldwide right, title and interest in and to My Haiku in perpetuity; and (b) my submission of My Haiku, the rights granted to Anime Network herein, and the exploitation by any of the Released Parties of My Haiku shall not violate the rights of any third party.
3. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claim arising out of my breach of any aspect of sections (1) and/or (2) above. I, for myself and My personal representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns, in consideration for being involved in this promotion, hereby hold harmless, release, and discharge the Released Parties from all liability, claims, judgments, demands, damages, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related in any way to the promotion, regardless of the cause or nature. I further waive any claim that I might state or assert against any of the Released Parties arising out of or relating whatsoever to My association with and My participation in the promotion or any of its associated activities. I acknowledge and understand that in agreeing to the foregoing I will lose any right I may have had to sue any of the Released Parties because of any damages, injuries or losses (economic or otherwise) I may sustain due to my participation in the promotion, even any of the foregoing result from or are caused by the negligence or gross negligence of any of the Released Parties.
4. I understand that My Haiku will be reviewed by Anime Network and may be, in Anime Network's sole discretion, aired on Anime Network with or without credit at any time, in any manner, with or without associated graphics, music or other programming, and in accordance with Anime Network's programming practices.
