Dreams do seem longer than they really are, as the movie even pointed out. It'd be a major cop-out, but I always find the idea interesting.
I didn't stick around for the end of the credits, was there any bonus footage?
An interesting theory someone i know came up with is that...
Warning: Spoiler!
he thinks the "inception" was really for saito, instead of fischer. He thinks fischer was in on it, and they were actually trying to persuade saito to clear cobb's charges so they came up with an elaborate plan.
I think it's a stretch, but it's definitely something to think about.

I think one of the great things about Inception is that there are so many legit interpretations. It's definitely a movie that should be viewed more than once.

Indeed, I plan to see it again.
I wish at least one of my friends were interested in seeing it too, but I just can't persuade any of them. They have no idea what they're missing. =(
Like Hentai said before, I as well am debating seeing it in Imax 3D. That ticket carries a pretty hefty price though, nearly $20.
Did anyone else think Joseph Gordon-Levitt was one of the best actors in the movie? I was surprised, to be honest.

I saw Despicable Me as well. However, I was completely hammered when I watched it. I remember it being funny.. and that's about it.
For once I got to be part of the loud obnoxious drunk group in the movie theater, instead of sitting directly in front of them.

It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it. To boldly go where no main character will go...

Your right that it is the best movie of the summer, but still i don't think it will be able to contend with some of the greats in recent years. Ever sincee watching Avatar in 3D all movies just seem to be less impressive. Don't get me wrong it is a must own on bluray, but it would have been much better as an anime.

I saw Avatar in 3D and wasn't that impressed by the visuals. Once I got into the movie, I rarely ever noticed the 3D in effect. Did you see it in IMAX 3D? I hear that's where it really shined.
Inception is probably the most hyped movie since Avatar last year, and in my opinion, it is a much better film. Avatar was more colorful and had more innovative CGI, but everything else seems inferior to Inception. The plot was pretty average, especially for a AAA title. Acting was all right, and the soundtrack wasn't memorable.
Inception basically has it all for me. Interesting plot (though not entirely original, to be fair), great acting, and an AWESOME soundtrack (Hans Zimmer at his finest). I don't want to give off the impression that I think Inception is the best movie ever, but it is certainly one of my favorites.
