Ok new info, the app says thank you for subscribing please create a account. So I guess in order to use my subscription I'll have to create another user id. Kind of annoying.

I have this same problem. Whenever I try to play a non-guest video on my ipod, I get a URL is missing error. I can't play any non sub videos on the website. Anyone know what's happening?

How can I link my in-app subscription to here to view on ipad safari? I used the same name and email but it didn't want to link. I have the email I got sent and my subsciption on itunes.

Apparently the save button bug is not fixed. I have had the same problem trying to purchase a subscription for the last two days. Have not tried via android, but PC is a no go. Any help?

I looked at my bank statement and saw that I was going to be charged 4 times for one months worth of subscription, at the time I emailed the AN subscription department to have it fixed. Today I get an email from them saying they canceled my subscription but I looked at the bank statement and all 4 went from pending to fully charged. Is this going to be fixed or not?

I too also been having trouble subscribing for a monthly subscription. When I try multiple times, there were no confirmation email send to me and no record of recent purchase show in purchase history. I did send several emails to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it but I had no reply for at least a day or two. So I decided to purchase on my phone instead and I did received purchase confirmation from apple. However, that still didn't change my account status from 'Guest' to 'Subscribe'. I even try making another account and nothing change. There were no helpful information in the FAQ page of the site describing for new users about purchasing a 'subscription' that might state how long transaction takes affect and when account status change or how long it will take for subscription to be cancel. I had trouble finding a thread about subscription issue so I searched on google. My patience is growing thin so I'm asking now if anyone could help me, I would gratefully appreciated.

Same problem. I input my life story and Credit card hit the subscribe button and... nothing.. it is like the last ten minutes never happened at all. Is the Information I am entering being Hijacked? Is my Address, phone number, birthdate, CC and First born sons birth sign now in Bora Bora? In the hands of Ubuntoo Nissan Honda of Nigeria? SOME CLARITY ON THIS MATTER WOULD BE NICE before my imagination gets the best of me and I cancel my CC and change my sons birthday... Maybe he would like being a Leo...

I subscribed using the iPhone App but I cannot watch any subscriber videos on the app or the website. On the website it says my status is still "Guest". I have been charged the monthly subscription on my credit card. Can my account be fixed?

O.K. Since we're talking subscription, I have a questions.
Got the subscription, and I have yet to enjoy having one since my account shows that I don't have one. My bank account says something different. Does anybody else have this problem? And before you ask, yes I did ask the customer service department and they said that they got the problem fix but I'm just paying for absolutely nothing. Can you direct me to the right department?

I tried to aply for a free trial but that only lead me to the subscription page. Then I tried to purchase a subscription, that didn't work either. There were no indications that my purchase has been made. So I purchase a subscription on my iPhone and my account is still listed as 'guest' instead of 'premium'. It's been over a week. Please help!!!

I tried buying a subscription today and it said everything was successful but it still says I'm a guest and i cant watch any of the sub required shows. I would like to know what is going on with my account. I don't want to be getting charged for something i don't even get to use. I just want to cancel my subscription.

Tried to sign up as a subscriber, tried multiple times (and from what I'm reading, that probably means you charged me multiple times), and I'm still a guest. Subscription hasn't been updated at all. Seems I'm not the only one.

I tried watching with my first account and was a registered member even though I paid for a year and I tried to get help for a little over a month and no one actually helped so I made this account through the app, I've been watching premium for three weeks and can't understand why it was taken from me earlier today. I have a feeling there will be little help like before.

I subscribed on the iPad app, but it never prompted me to create an account. The charge shows on my Apple account but I can't access subscriber content. Can you help get this resolved? I've written to customer service but in 3 weeks have received any reply.
