Changing payment method for your subscription 1 year ago #116385

I recently had my debit card shut off because it was stolen. I have a new card now and I added it as a payment method, however I am unsure how to change the payment for the subscription. Obliviously the old card will not work so it cant be charged. Do I have to cancel my subscription to change it? or did I miss something?

I just registered. I'm trying to subscribe. This is my first time on the website (and any forum). Anyway, i put in my payment method, i clicked subsribe now, and nothing seems to be happening. If anyone could please offer some help, it would be very much appreciated.

It didn't work.
I know it's my first time here, but the site is stressing me out. It doesn't even want to save changes to my profile. I guess I'll just try later and post again if i keep having problems.

I was sent an email on April 3rd, informing me that I would receive a check for a refund that was supposed to be sent to me. The email informed me that the current credit charge was refunded and the remaining wrongful charges would be refunded by check. I just needed to send my address. It is now June 9th, and I've not received this check.

Tried to cancel my sub yet again and can't. The site is still holding my cc data as well, I would like it removed for good from my profile. Can I get an admin to help out.
