I've sent 3 e-mails over the last 3 months trying to cancel my online video account. I've never gotten any response. I don't see a phone number to call. I would prefer not to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. Please help!

If you cancel your account your going to miss the new dub of Clannad that starts next week and possibly the new dubs of Ghost Hound, Tears to Tiara, Dark Kings, and Blue Drop Dubbed in the future.

When trying to go through the subscription process, there is NO indication anywhere on the web page for inputting Credit Card information that the web page is Secure on the web site, browser indications (IE or Firefox), URL (no HTTPS), looking at Page Source data or Page Info data for both IE and Firefox show there is no encryption on the page.
You need to make this page secure if you want new subscribers. If people are like me I want to see proof that the page is secure before I input personal/financial information in a web site.

I'm having the same issue. I have e-mailed a number of times over the past month or so to cancel my premium account but I have yet to get a reply. Furthermore, my credit card is getting charged.
I already have Anime Network through my cable company and I don't wish to pay for it twice. The reason I subscribed to the online premium service was because of technical issues with my cable company. Those issues have now been rectified and I will stick with the cable VOD service for now.
