Sadly, I got an auto-reply saying he wasn't going to be back until Mon 28, so it looks like I have to wait until then to get the ball rolling.

The disappearing episode thing is weird. I just hope they stick around long enough this time for me to watch them all!

I've been calling U-Verse every day now to harass them. Some of those agants are useless. One of them, when I asked for a call back number for tier 2 support, gave me an 800 number that when I called it was a sex hotline! Another guy's solution was just go watch your shows on hulu. So, I called U-Verse back and tattled on them! I'm starting to take detailed notes about who I talk to, when, and what they tell me. About 1 out of every 8 calls gets a decent agent. I will make them listen if it's the last thing I do!

If anyone has an update let me know by monday morning. Whatever is included here by then is what I'll be sending to AN to look into once they get into the office. It'll be a short week though due to New Year's holiday.

Don't know what to think. When I call Uverse about missing episodes, it's blamed on AnimeNetwork. When I try to email AnimeNetwork at info@whatever, I never receive a reply back. Sent three or so emails now about the subscription problems. Perhaps in this very long thread there is an explanation as to why episodes have been skipped and purged erratically over the last few months, but couldn't find it. Could someone enlighten me. Is this going to be an ongoing issue? The lack of human or binary response has got me a little fidgity. Will the missing Uverse content get uploaded sometime soon? ..... or not? or something else? Is the focus on the online content only? Perhaps my head is just swimming from watching episodes out of order.
