Since you're new, you might not know that there is an established thread for VOD problems. It is here:

You also may not know that there has been a problem with the Anime Network switching content delivery network providers recently. Some subscribers (both free and paid) have gone four weeks without updates-however, TAN has made good on getting the content to us and is working with the providers to fill in the gaps and extend the expiration dates on those episodes.
