Hidamari Sketch x Hoshimittsu only has 14 episodes.
Well, technically, 12 episodes plus 2 special episodes.

So, if Ep. 14 was the last one you received, you received all of it and nothing is missing.

As Coffee God said, there were only 14 episodes to the Hidamari Sketch anime you are talking about, you received the last episode on December 29, so it will expire on January 25.
