I did call Mediacom this morning & surprisingly I got a rep who had just spoken to another AN subscriber a little earlier. This other subscriber was in Arizona, so it's apparently a completely system wide thing of us paying customers not getting our programming.

Like the rest of the DirecTV subscribers, the 6/7 update still hasn't shown up yet. We're drawing near the 7/4 expiration date for this update. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can play catch up before these episodes "really" don't show up?


Oh, the BoB picture isn't greyed over anymore, as the channel simply replaced the expired episode with another one.


Seriously, we need this update to show up so we can view our anime in the order before we can view next couple of episodes.

At this point, probably the best workaround would be to open for online streaming the 6/7 VOD 30 episodes for "guests".

2) Infinite Stratos Ep 11 (penultimate)
3) Xam`d:Lost Memories EP 26 (delayed finale)

Have had major issues with getting updates for a number of weeks. A couple of times, the TAN VOD option was not available in the subscription channels option due to no content being updated. I called Eastlink twice about the issue but they don't seem to have an idea of how to fix it. The last person I talked to said they only provide the service, not update the programming.

The first time I called, my update slowly trickled in. I got about 2 weeks worth of programming before running out again this weekend. At the very least, I got a month's credit.

Note, the 6-7 updates expires on Wednesday, so AT&T customers, WATCH THEM BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!

June 28 29, 2012 Update

All updates received for the week, though late - 1 day later than schedule, and not at midnight, possibly a few hours later. However, despite the timing, this does make two (2) straight weeks of full updates - a sadly impressive feat.

One new series, Rozen Maiden: Ouvertüre (Season 3), scheduled to (re)appear in the lineup this week.

Despite numerous notifications over the past two (2) weeks The Anime Network, as expected, never delivered five (5) updates from 5/31/2012, leaving holes in five (5) series: Motto To Loveru (premiere episode), Sakura Wars, Special A, Xam'd and Yozakura Quartet. The missing updates have been moved to "Other/Outstanding Issues".
Series titles in red have not yet been seen and are actively being followed. Series in dark red had been seen before, but had been being re-watched

Next up to never appear are two (2) updates from the 6/7/2012 update, including the premiere of Eyeshield 21 and yet another episode of Yozakura Quartet. And one week after that, an episode from yet another currently actively being followed series, Polyphonica, Crimson S.
