At this point, is there any possibility that the missing 5/31/2012 updates will appear before they expire four (4) days from now, specifically, Motto To Loveru, ep. 1 and Sakura Wars, ep. 17?

Right now, in addition to scrambling to catch up with a bunch of series that had been backed up by missing updates, both of the above series are stuck, and Motto To Loveru never even got started. If possible, it would be good to know soon, as this Saturday is the end of the month and the point at which I will have to decide what to do with the subscription.

This past week's updates were all received, so it does not appear to be an issue with Verizon - I have also confirmed this with them directly.

I thank you in advance for and anxiously await your answer.

Any word on time frame for this being fixed? And how much I'm going to have missed (I suppose) due to 1 full weeks worth having passed the expiration date & week #2 coming up in a couple of days?

The reason I ask this question is because I've also been asking if you know the status of those 06/07 updates. Do you get that sort of information from TAN if/when they send you an email?

I guess what I'm really wondering is whether TAN responds at all to your email reports with some kind of corrective action, or if your reports just wind up in the FYI file. To those of us outside the box, it doesn't look as though TAN's actions have any connection to your reports.

As of June 26, 2012 at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time), there's still no change. The 6/7 update still hasn't shown up nor has the expiration dates been extended. We are drawing closer to July 4, which I believe is the expiration date for the 6/7 update. I am being patient and hoping we'll get to see this update sometime soon. You know, it's hard to watch anime without this update.

I noticed that the 5-31 update has an expiration date of the 11th. The 6-7 update expires on the 4th...

Still waiting for signs of the 6-14 update.

Tab has re-appeared & there is programming!

However....

At the moment it's only these episodes:

A-Channel 11
Towanoquon 1-3
Motto Loveru 2-4

That's it.

So, am I to assume that I'm not getting anything from the 5/24 update (which has already expired according to the listings) or the 5/31 update (which are expiring this week)? I guess I'll have to try to track down the episodes that I've missed for the 9 shows I was presently watching (and episode 1 of Motto To LoveRu) online somewhere...

At least I think that's what I'm completely missing from the 5/24 & 5/31 updates.

Hopefully you can get the rest of 6/7 - 6/21 updates loaded in quickly.

And the expiration dates pretty much match up with what the schedule shows. A couple expire on 7/4, 1 on 7/11 & the others on 7/18 (oddly enough both 3 & 4 of Motto are on that date instead of episode 3 being 7/11).
