Amagami SS, ep 26, was a missed episode for Charter Cable, but it was sent out to everyone. Apparently it's a stand-alone episode, so no-harm no-foul.

Episode 23 of Princess Resurrection has been missing for 2 weeks, even though episode 24 is available.

I use Cox VOD in the San Diego Area in the city of El Cajon (Zip 92020).

Cablevision in Wall Township, New Jersey 07719.

This weeks update is up including Amagami SS 26 which to made no sense that only one cable company would get it since everyone who got the 25 missed getting it first time around. I guess someone at Anime Network forget that part when sending news but remembered it when sending the episode out for this week. I can tell you cablevision never got the episode and I put missing till told other wise to. Still missing is from last week.

The TAN Channel 1889 VOD screen for All and Just Added both still show the last full update and all of that is scheduled to expire today. The expiring programs usually disappear between midnight and 1:00 am however last week the updates expiring on 6/7 did not disappear until 6/8 so I expect that extension to happen again today as well.
This screen shot shows the expiring programs with the same date shown in the upper right corner. I have not seen programs persist into the next day before last week.
