Uhhh actually it's not. For some reason right after episode 8, the next one is episode 10.

It was.
But as you can see from my report in the Reports thread...

It had encoding issues, and was disabled until they could get new files made.

This series only has 11 episodes.
So there isn't an ep. 12, so it's not missing.
