Well there are healthy pizzas out there. I know that about half of the pizza restaurants around here (even a few of the fast ones) boast healthy pizzas.

Though I'm sure we all know that pizza is a vegetable.

^ I made this. :3
I wish for all of my days to be happy and filled with flowers! <3

Went to Fiesta Grocery a local chain and got some great chicken enchiladas for dinner.

Cocoa is made from Cocoa Beans, therefore Chocolate is a Vegetable.

That was my son's logic at age 6, it has stood the test of time.

Be sure to eat plenty of Vegetables.

Upon the recommendation from Slowhand, I have finished reading the Redshirts book. It was surprisingly good and how some very well written moments in it. Even if you are not a Star Trek fan, this is a book I would recommend.

Though now I need to find something to brighten my mood after watching the second episode of Total Eclipse.

It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it. To boldly go where no main character will go...

Yesterday, I was playing around a new feature on Star Trek Online. The player or players are defending a planet from the Tholians, but the surface of the planet is nearly as hot as the surface of Venus. The player must have on an environmental suit for protection or burst into flames.

While running around in my suit, I saw another player. That player was a Tactical player, meaning he or she uses more offensive skills. One of those skills can call in a squad of security personal who wear red uniforms. I saw this player call in the team for support. The squad did not have protective suits when they beamed in. The squad screamed in horror and burst into flame and disappeared in a flaming flash.

My first thought, "Now that is the Original Star Trek there!" Too bad I didn't have it recorded.

It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it. To boldly go where no main character will go...

Speaking of chicken, I tried some of the chicken sausage varieties since I never had them before and the taste is so far beyond a Johnsonville Brat even. They're good but fail in comparison to these. Spinach and Mozzarella, Apple w/ Maple, Sundried Tomato/Basil/Mozzarella. You can't beat those flavors.

We've been eating chicken sausage for several years. I like the flavor variety and the fact that it's not as greasy. I don't remember the brand I usually buy, but I do know that typically I'll get either the Italian sausage flavor or the apple chardonnay. It's a funny thing, but when you get away from excess grease (and sugar and salt) your body doesn't know what to do with it when it does get too much. Too much salt tastes corrosive, too much makes my teeth tingle and excess fat... let just say it's not a pretty thing.
