Cosplays and the Cons they were at:

AMKE 2010: Kyo Sohma
AMKE 2011: Kyo Sohma, Stein, Scott Pilgrim
WSBC 2011: Kyo Sohma, Domo
AMKE 2012: Mad Hatter, Kyo Sohma

That's about it, other than that, if I went into my halloween costumes this list would be too long for the thread.
