TOPIC: Premium registration

I tried registering for premium content, but it is not working. The UK subscription is there and I can put it in my cart, but the Paypal option does not work at all and when I tried CC instead I got error:
Error: 3-1-39-P---The supplied currency code is either invalid, not supported, not allowed for this merchant or doesn't have an exchange rate.
Error: Failure in Processing the Payment (ps_authorize)

Anime Network is looking into this. Someone from there will respond shortly, probably once they find out what's causing it.

Shiroi Hane: It looks like yours went through regardless. You should have received an email from the system letting you know you're confirmed. Will you try watching something premium?

I have tried again and got the same message... I tried to pay quarterly in case that makes any difference?
