The title says it all really i'm new here. I've been an anime fan since akira days. It is hard to find decent anime in the uk and often I dont want to risk buying a dvd on the off chance I will get in to it. I'm glad I stumbled on this site, I do have a question though:

Is the subscription worth it? and how often will us uk people get new shows?

Other than that i'm still finding my way around the place. I'm looking forword to talking to like minded fans.

Hello Horus, welcome to the forums. I'm not sure what the U.K. gets in terms of shows, but we in the U.S. get a huge amount of series for a great price. A lot of the newer stuff is subbed, but there is a ton of dubbed anime as well.

Thank you for all the feedback so far. Some of the shows I am interested in are curently us only,which is why I was asking about the frequency of content updates for other locations.
Looking futher in to it a subscription is worth it for ad police alone imho. I got an epsode in video years ago and was not able to find the rest. The same thing happend with Angel cop.

I like older titles like fist of ther north star and so on.

Welcome aboard! Unfortunately, due to region restrictions, a lot of the newer shows are not available in the UK. But there is still quite a lot to enjoy. I hope you enjoy your stays.

Yes some titles are true clasics, Some I missed on video and were not put out again. I remember a few imperticularly: the cyberpunk colection (ad police 1-3 cybercity oedo 1-3 and somthing else. I'd like to catch legend of the four kings some time as well.

Also I know there is a thread about this already but since its 6 months old I don't feel right dusting it off, anyway I looked in to getting a subscription yesterday, started to fill in the form and everything. All was fine till I got to the part about us states, there does not seem to be a non applicable option there. So I guess i'm asking how a non us person gives the site his money?

I aprecate the quick reply. Ironicly I just got done emailing the exact same question I asked here. I will try things out and report back.

(update things apear to have gone though ok though ive yet to get an email confirming the transaction).

Well its been a few days now and i've still not got any emails confirming anything. could be the fact i use hotmail or somthing, anyway its rather odd.
