Warning: Spoiler!
I was a bit annoyed with the recaps at the beginning, but I did like how it was spliced with current scenes. The suspense in the episode was solidly done, especially when that thug was sneaking up on Rei.
I do have to say that I was genuinely surprised that Takashi pulled the trigger and shot him. I really though the guy would wuss out and that would be that. But he did it and as a result was directly responsible for the guys death, even if he didn't actually kill him himself.
The thing I thought was funny was that the zombies didn't hear all the screaming or threatening, but they heard the baseball bat drop...lol You'd think they would have been closing in before that.
The censorship when that guy was groping Rei was a bit ridiculous though. But the best part was that they showed him pulling her top down and partially exposing her bra and breast, and even showed her getting groped from a distance a second later. Those on screen glares were just annoying. I can't wait for the DVD's so all that crap is gone (hopefully.)
Overall, I liked this episode. Once again, they have me eagerly awaiting the next episode. Hopefully, this does well enough to get a second season. Is episode 4 too early to be hoping for another season? Oh well, I stand by it!
