About me: I bumped into the anime network by chance. Had digital cable for the first time in 2008, and was checking out the on demand category when I saw TAN. It took me all of 3 minutes after that to be subscribed and watching 009-1. Aside from anime I like most things sci-fi, some american cartoons like Avatar and Invader Zim, and I watch a lot of PBS. By trade I'm a baker and a writer, though I try not to let my writing ability show online. In addition, I play in bands from time to time. I enjoy conversation and intellectual exchange, really any opportunity to expose my rapacious wit. I play starcraft, but that's about it for video games these days.

Currently Watching: wow uhhh right now? Hmmm... I guess I'm watching Tenchi for the millionth time tonight. Also forever rewatching ghost stories and evangelion. Watched Toradora three times now, think I'll have to put it away for a while. The new Spice and Wolf right now, Erin of the green eyes, Bleach (though i don't like it that much), Gintama, Kara no Kyoukai, Souten Kouro, and Canaan are all making new episodes but I get to watch one episode of each per week at best =/. Aside from that, I just try to watch every classic series I've never seen. Anime Planet and 4 chan provide me with plenty of fodder and decent enough explanations to keep myself occupied. Thank god Fry's has such an awesome anime section, and the proliferation of online services like crunchyroll make this a viable investment of one's time now.
