The TWC national sites are currently having a BMS problem (file formatting) that is preventing them from pulling content from catchers.
Bright House Bakersfield had a service interruption that caused the catcher to back up. This issue has since been resolved and content is exporting off the catcher but there is still a significant backlog.
Bright House Birmingham is without a VPN (virtual private network) connection and though they seem to be receiving content, we are unable to receive any messaging back until they are able to resolve this issue.
As these issues are resolved, we will follow up to make sure content has been delivered. Any chance you know when time warner will be up and running
