it works now, its just when i checked the link the first time the video was playing fur below it was still marked as "coming soon". now it is there and the thumbnail works to link to the video.
everything with that episode seems to be working now, but as i dont watch hardly anything on ANO, i can tell nothing out of the ordinary. so it is working as should be expected for a Hulu player.

How they come to this decision is based on a number of things like its popularity not only in Japan and the US, but in other English speaking countries as well. DVD sales figures are likely taken into account as well.
Popularity aside though, another important aspect of whether an anime will get a dub, is whether it's even possible. They may find that it would cost more money to dub and release an anime than they would make back in sales. All companies are out to make money. They don't want to break even, and the most certainly don't want to lose money. If they won't make money, they won't do it.
And that's all there is to say about that.

Premiere sees highest ratings on Saturday's six-hour late-night block

The TV Media Insights website reported on Tuesday that One Piece's new premiere on Adult Swim's Toonami block early on Sunday morning garnered 995,000 viewers. According to the website's listings, One Piece received the most viewers during the Toonami block from 12:00a.m. - 6:00 a.m.
TV Media Insights also released ratings for the rest of the programming block:
12:00 - Bleach - 977,000
12:30 - Naruto - 961,000
01:00 - One Piece - 995,000
01:30 - Soul Eater - 981,000
02:00 - IGPX - 597,000
02:30 - Eureka 7 - 634,000
03:00 - Thundercats - 634,000
03:30 - Sym-biotic Titan - 558,000
