For the most part, this is how it works, since a lot of the sub stuff, is already up and has been since it's simulcast/delaycast. Delaycasts are always Free, so if it's already up, it's already free.
Dubs are usually Premium w/ Ep. 01 (use to be 01 & 02) free, or on the rare occation all Free when they go up, like Godannar.
True "new" catalog titles tend to be Premium both sub & dub, with a few at some point in the future becoming Free sub/Premuim dub or even free sub & dub.

I think that the alterations you did regarding the pencil and the napkin have improved the quality of the sketch (compared to previous ones you have done). I am very fond of the shading you have done with this one. :3
