Get Connected!

I have been trying to login using the iOS app on my iPad 3, but I keep getting "Sign in failed. welcome registered user". I am using the same user ID and password I use to login to the website.

I even deleted and reinstalled the app. I verified my through iTunes that my membership is current.

How can this be fixed?
