The TV Media Insights website reported on Tuesday that One Piece's new premiere on Adult Swim's Toonami block early on Sunday morning garnered 995,000 viewers. According to the website's listings, One Piece received the most viewers during the Toonami block from 12:00a.m. - 6:00 a.m.

The 2013 J-POP Summit Festival announced on Monday that it will launch the Japan Film Festival of San Francisco, "the first fully-dedicated annual Japanese film event for Northern California and the S.F. Bay Area." The July 27-August 4 event will host director Shinsuke Sato (Gantz, Oblivion Island: Haruka and the Magic Mirror, The Princess Blade, Sand Chronicles) at the U.S. premiere of his live-action Library Wars film on August 2 and 3.

A law threatens to clamp down on freedom of expression in 2019, and Iku (Eikura) joins the Library Defense Force, a military unit dedicated to protecting books from being confiscated. However, she finds that the job of her childhood dreams is harder than she bargained for, especially with her hard-nosed instructor Atsushi (Okada).

It seems the new episode that just went live, Samurai Bride Ep. 03 has an encoding error.
The video starts fine, until here is a vocal track.
It goes to a black screen on the first part the vocal track for the song starts, after that, each vocal track just completely pauses the video, then it starts back up again once there is no vocals.
All the while, there is absolutely no subs.
opening works, video works, audio works, TV-MA age check works. subtitles work, HD on/off is gone.
