RH Plus is a japanese drama which is actually based from a manga. I don't know too much about it but the episodes I have seen are really good. To make it short the story line is 3 teenagers who are vampires who do good deeds by a unknown person. He runs the shots and tells the boy's adult in charge what to do and they follow it.
