What is the one ADV series you should own, but don't?
After looking at some of your favorite ADV series, I realize there is a lot of ADV anime I still need to get. One series I have never completed, but wish I did, was Pani Poni Dash. I always meant to buy the set after watching the first 4-5 episodes, but didn't.

Elaniel, I didn't mean to imply that you didn't. It's just several of the things the show parodies, like Kanon, didn't come over until some years after Abenobashi. When I first watched it on Tech TV, I didn't get half of what was going on. But a few years later, I found it much more enjoyable as I was able to get more of the inside jokes. Didn't mean any disrespect to anyone. zidanetribal, the Getbackers thinpaks are great, but if you are able to find the original singles go for it. Unfortunately, the sets do strip some of the extras. Good luck finding them.
dragoon, I will defiantly pick up Get Backers, I may get the two thinpaks at Right Stuf unless I can find Vol. 4 and Vol. 6 w/box for a good price.
I actually know a lot about anime, it's been an obsession of mine for years, so I'm sure I will love it now.
Now that you have Uguu'd me I now have to order it. Damn, looks like it will go with my November Sentai order that I place tomorrow. (Is it too much to hope for a TRSI Sentai sale?)
Abenobashi is actually pretty interesting, especially after you learn more about anime. It contains all sorts of references to anime series, including Kanon. Uguu!
I think the only show two shows that I always looked at and decided to pass on was Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi and Aura Battler Dunbine. Still undecided after all these years on Abenobashi, while Dunbine seems like an impossibility without a large wallet.
I have to go with Aura Battle Dunbine as well. But like PP, it's just out of my price range. I would also like Queen Emeraldas, of which copies occasionally pop up on ebay. But like Dunbine, it always ends up just outside my spending ability.
Aura Battler Dunbine and I doubt as this point I will ever get it as the ebay and Amazon prices are out of my willing to spend range. Can't say I have to much else I really need from them as I've found ways to get the other stuff for prices I am willing to pay.
zidane you must get Get Backers! I strongly suggested Coffee God get it a few months ago and I rewatched it with him for our forum club viewing. He liked it a lot.
Puni Puni Poemy for sure, I have Excel Saga but not Puni Puni Poemy. Also GetBackers, from what I hear it is a really good show I haven't seen it yet.
