Just one week after the beginning of it's North American run, Torchwood Children of Earth will be available on DVD and Bluray.  Both DVD and Bluray will feature all 5 hour long episodes of the epic mini-series.  In addition, there were also be a 30 minute behind the scenes special included.

Also available on July 28th, for the first time, will be Torchwood Season 2 on bluray.  New adversaries are battled, old friends and enemies alike resurface, and some of the team says goodbye forever, all in season two of the hit BBC sci-fi series.  Note: Season 2 is already available on DVD, with an MSRP of $79.99 (though both Amazon and Best Buy have it considerable cheaper.)

Season 2 all 13 episodes of Torchwood Declassified, which take you behind the scenes of the series, actor interviews, as well a 22 minute feature about Jack Harkness' immortality (narrated by Freema Agyeman.), nine minutes of out-takes, and 18 minutes of deleted scenes.

The DVD versions include digital 5.1 surround sound, while the Bluray versions include DTS HD Audio and 1080i HD picture.  Children of Earth and Season 2 bluray are available for preorder now, while the Season 2 bluray is already on store shelves.
