Ki-tae and Chul-soo are trying to get "made" by the local mob so they act as look-outs for a drug deal. The drug deal goes bad so now they have to repay the debt to a notorious drug dealer named Min-chul. With the help of their friend Meg, a local prostitute, they score a big bag of "white powder" and embark on a road trip that might lead all of them to their dreams.
