Coming Soon:  Rozen Maiden Ouvertüre English Dub

This Friday the Rozen Maiden Saga will come full circle, only on Anime Network Online.  Many of you may remember watching the classic first and second seasons of Rozen Maiden in your younger days, and wondering why and how the Maidens came to be.  Rozen Maiden Ouvertüre aims to answer just those questions, with a two part OVA that is sure to finally add a fitting bookend to the Rozen Maiden story.

Based on the hit manga by the artist known as Peach Pit (Di Gi Charat,) and directed by Kou Matsuo (Red Garden, Yozakura Quartet) using character designs and script supervision by Jukkii Hanada (Mahoromatic, S.A., Yozakura Quartet) and character designs by Kumi Ishii (Red Garden.)

The first two seasons of Rozen Maiden were released here in the US years ago, and have recently begun a run after being licensed by Sentai Filmworks.  Rozen Maiden Ouvertüre, however, never made it stateside, until just recently as part of the Rozen Maiden package licensed by Sentai.  You'll also be happy to know that the original English cast is back for these last two episodes, and BangZoom! Entertainment, the production studio who dubbed the first two seasons, will be at it again.
